Responsibilities/Duties include
In my capacity as Technology leader, I regularly present detailed reports to the executive team outlining our technological status, strategic objectives, and progress against key milestones. I identify and evaluate emerging tools and platforms, recommending those with the greatest potential to enhance our products and services. To ensure measurable value, I develop and maintain high-level KPIs across IT, DevOps, SysOps, Service Desk, Testing, Business Analysis, and the PMO, setting targets, tracking performance metrics, and analyzing results to guide continuous improvement.
I collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and train IT managers, business analysts, and project managers, accelerating their integration and effectiveness. I stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure that all technological processes remain compliant with applicable laws and standards. I oversee end-to-end procurement of hardware, software, and cloud services, negotiating vendor contracts to balance cost efficiency and capability.
Day to day, I manage six distinct service lines—DevOps, SysOps, Testing, IT Service Desk, Business Analysis, and the Project Management Office—coordinating resources, resolving operational issues, and upholding service-level agreements. I architect and support our internal network infrastructure to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable connectivity for our global teams. As head of the department, I initiate, plan, and govern cross-functional projects from inception through delivery, including client onboarding streams. Through systematic reviews of existing IT products and systems, I evaluate organizational value, recommend retirements or replacements, and report findings to senior leadership to ensure our technology portfolio continuously delivers maximum return.
