Heritage train driver

The Northampton Ironstone Railway is based within the Grounds of The Hunsbury Hill Country Park which is located at Hunsbury Hill, Southwest of Northampton.

In my spare time, I help manage the railway, I own, and renovate wagons, and locomotives (both Diesel and Steam); and from time to time you will see me driving wagon loads of people around the park. My latest renovation project is my Locomotive called Belvedere.

An accomplished midrash style Christadelphian book writer, with over 20 published books in both English and Swahili languages. Christadelphians hold a view of Biblical Unitarianism. The group has often been described as a form of Messianic Judaism, as they share many of their beliefs and hopes with Judaism; notably the promises made to Abraham, Isaac and Israel whilst they also believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the promised Messiah.

Teaching Bible Hebrew

I volunteer teaching Bible Hebrew to Swahili speakers through weekly sessions—both virtual and in-person—covering alphabet, grammar, and verse reading in Swahili. Using a Midrash-style Christadelphian method, I integrate study aids, drills, discussions, video tutorials, and text analysis workshops, empowering learners’ independent interpretation and fostering community among East African assemblies.

Hymn Writing, Singing and Publishing

Writing, singing and publishing hymns has become a deeply practical way for me to manage stress and maintain balance amid the demands of professional life. There is something uniquely grounding about taking words of faith—often rooted in Scripture—and shaping them into music that can be both personally reflective and shared with others.
