I volunteer to lead Bible Hebrew classes specifically for Swahili-speaking learners, helping them engage directly with the original Hebrew text. Through WhatsApp I guide students from the Hebrew alphabet and basic grammar to reading complete verses, all explained in Swahili to ensure clarity and confidence.
My Midrash-style Christadelphian approach blends linguistic study with thematic exegesis—students explore the narrative layers of Scripture, ask probing questions, and connect ancient contexts to modern faith. Each lesson includes:
- Swahili-English study aids covering vocabulary and syntax
- Interactive drills on root words and idiomatic expressions
- Group discussions that unpack doctrinal insights from a Christadelphian perspective
Beyond the classroom, I offer one-to-one support via email and messaging, share tailored video tutorials, and host “text-mining” workshops where learners use simple tools to analyze Hebrew word patterns themselves. This volunteer program not only equips participants to read and interpret the Hebrew Bible independently but also fosters deeper community bonds across Assemblies in East Africa.
