While I’m passionate about exploring cutting-edge technologies, I recognize the critical importance of integrating these with existing platforms—many of which still rely on foundational systems like AS/400 mainframes and languages such as COBOL, Fortran, Pascal, and Lisp. Successful digital transformation often requires harmonizing the old with the new.
One of my key achievements has been the research, design, and development of the Entegra Content Management System, which has matured into a commercially successful and profitable product. Since 1998, I have led the development of award-winning, sector-leading eCommerce platforms, consistently driving performance improvements across customer experience, business efficiency, and profitability.
Over the years, my R&D efforts have focused on optimizing conversion rates, streamlining processes, and enhancing service delivery.
