Since 2020, I have held senior management positions with broad responsibilities, primarily serving as a technology strategist. In this capacity, I have led the strategic and operational management of organisations’ technological functions—balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
My responsibilities have included the development and execution of technology roadmaps, reporting progress against strategic plans, and aligning technology investments with business objectives. I have overseen research and development initiatives, led third-party tendering and supplier engagement processes, and defined systems architecture to support scalable, resilient solutions.
I bring extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing departmental and project budgets, and ensuring effective capital utilisation to drive innovation and organisational performance.
